A full-bodied, powerful Melodic Rock creation wrapped in the finest textured silks.

Knowing that 4th Dimension was founded by a vocalist and keyboardist – both steeped in powerful Melodic Rock – one's expectations reach the upper echelons of hearing majestic, epic musical journeys. This release is the group's second effort and those expectations are totally fulfilled!

Founding members Andrea Bicego (on vocals) and keyboardist Talete Fusaro are joined by guitarist Michele Segafredo, bassist Stefano Pinaroli and drummer Massimiliano Forte. These five Italians assertively display their passion for classically-influenced, complex and powerful Rock as they have done since 2009, honing their skills both individually as well as collectively. Each creation flows towards and in to the next – filling our ears with sonic brilliance!

The group's first album, 'The White Path To Rebirth', was released in 2010 and set the standard and 'Dispelling The Veil Of Illusions' – which the group worked on throughout 2012 and last year – has soared higher and beyond all expectations.

An elevated mark, this second effort finds 4th Dimension on a much higher musical plateau, living and breathing in the rich, deep musical rivers they find there. Ambitious flows are mastered with their use of Modern Rock signatures and blending these with traditional classic movements. The result is a vast production of Melodic yet aggressive sound. These seas of sonic waves are topped by the wide range of vocal styles that are set to fly by Bicego!

What we also find is an offering up of an adventuresome attitude but one tempered with traditional musical sensibilities; Orchestral but not heavy handed, complex flows but not over complicated, simply free flowing and heroic in sound are all phrases that apply.

Now, although commenting on their complex compositions and their ability to seamlessly flow one unto the other, we are not over burdened at all! Over all, the sound is almost air, light and effortless, actually floating out of your speakers and landing gently on your ears. '...Illusions' is a very uplifting collection of classically-tinged Melodic Rock.

Just think of 'Dispelling The Veil Of Illusions' as a full-bodied, powerful Melodic Rock creation wrapped in the finest textured silks. Each movement a living, finely layered, musical statement and a resonating soundscape!
