Not ground breaking but good, mindless fun.

It's time for some good ol' cowboy/outlaw biker Hard Rock courtesy of the German band led by Marc Terry, who's previously written songs for Paul Di'Anno. It's the kind of music that goes down a bomb at the plethora of German summer festivals that attract the large biker fraternity that shoot up and down that country's Autobahns.

Song like 'Death Or Glory' and the slightly naff 'Motorcycle Man II' are written specifically for bikers and would sound best at one of those aforementioned festivals with a cold beer in one hand and a Bratwurst in the other.

There's a Spaghetti Western feel to the intro complete with its Morricone style whistle. 'Jesse James' starts off as a campfire, Country Rocker before it moves into a faster, bucking bronco chorus and the Heavy Rock of 'Tell Me Why' operates in similar territory to the superior Devil's Train.

Where it falls down, at times, is Terry's vocals; while his riffs pack a punch, his singing is too mannered and overly gruff in places (particularly on the duet 'Too Young' – a ballad with Gaby Weihmayer). I'm not sure about the heavily accented "yeh haw" on '...James' either. The rather good 'Rich 'N' Nazty' falters because it uses the word "stinky" in the chorus which is unintentionally funny.

However, all of that's more or less forgiven because the riffs stoke the flames and lead guitarist Darius Dee Rocks hard and fluidly, with some good, finger lickin' solos and at their best, the music can remind you of American Dog or Nashville Pussy.
On the evidence here, their best forum would be live supporting more established bands as their hard riffs are broad enough in appeal to go down well with any Rock crowd and the vocal eccentricities wouldn't be as pronounced as they are on this studio recording.

Not ground breaking but good, mindless fun.
