Nice article. Other articles are not so kind, suggesting e.g. that Rory should have done this and that to become "more famous". He was his own man with own decisions, even though he got enough advise. Currently back in Rory Gallagher mode. You never really forget once you heard Taste (for me around 1972) What's going on- is how it all started. Do you read me? is magnificent. You tube has another fine example (Morning Sun)of how the blues should sound: a "simple" 3 piece line up with amplifiers. Original and raw, just as it should be. Pure heaven
