BERNIE MARSDEN releases his new album "Chess" on Conquest Music
Hot
Bernie Marsden has made the most of the Covid downtime by putting together tributes to the music that has inspired him. His first release earlier in the year was 'Kings' which covered the music of B.B., Freddie and Albert King and is followed now with music dedicated to Chess Records.
This is the Chicago-based record company, formed in 1950, that introduced the world to Muddy Waters, Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley and many more. An important time for music with the introduction of electric guitars and a key part of the evolution of Chicago Blues to Rock 'n' Roll and beyond. The album is released on Conquest Music and can be purchased on Bernie's site
Watch Bernie below talking about the making of the album.
